To increase focus on energy savings in buildings VELUX hosted a conference in Bilbao, Spain 8 May 2007 with the title "How to develop healthy buildings with low energy consumption".

 

As the title reads the scope of the conference was discussions on how to reduce energy consumption in buildings without compromising with a healthy indoor climate. On the previous page "Energy agenda" you can read more about the aims from EU and how VELUX plan to contribute to this.

 

The conference gathered about 230 architects, legislators, professional builders and architectural press from around 20 countries.
